Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation however my engine light came on the day before and that needed to be checked out. After several hours the service manager - Joe came to me and said it was going to take a lot longer to fix than first thought and offered me a loaner car which turned out to be his and said they would call me the next day when it would be ready. They called the next day, late morning and said the car was ready. When I got there, the car was ready and I was very pleased with the cost. It reminds me of the old time service where the customer was number one. Great service - Great dealership. More

I purchased a used 2020 Ram 1500 truck on Sunday 9/3/23. When we test drove the truck the sales man went with us, which was fine. However, we did not see the key. After all the paperwork was done and we were waiting for them to wash it, my sales man handed me the key. By the way, which was just one key, and it was all smashed up. Now I think if you purchase a 35K vehicle it should come with 2 keys and if not at least one good key that isn't damaged. These keys are very expensive now days and I don't feel as though I should have to purchase a key. All the dealership said was that's all they had. My salesman did try to contact the previous owner to see if they had the other key, but no luck. Also, when did not getting a full tank of gas when you purchase a new or used vehicle become a thing, or is this just cause Jeff Wyler is so cheap? They didn't even put a half a tank of gas in it. We drove over 2 hours to look at this particular truck and then they couldn't even fill the tank. One other thing that happened was the mileage listed on my odometer statement they had me sign was about 1000 miles lower than what the truck actually had on it??? I will never ever buy another vehicle from a Jeff Wyler location. I have emailed several people including Jeff Wyler himself regarding my key issue, and have not received a reply. Still waiting.....
