It was time for my 5000 mile check-up on my leased car l actually arrived 24 hours before my scheduled appointment as l got my dates mixed up. Service My visit was fine. My concern is no one mentioned my break pads and rotors (front) are done. I knew I needed them, I bought them after my last visit w My visit was fine. I knew I needed them, I bought them after my last visit when they told me they needed to be replaced they are sitting in my garage. I just hadn't gotten to it yet. But no one mentioned them at all??. Patience and consideration I needed a vehicle to assure that my mother would be able to access to ride in and be able to exit from. A car was too low and a standard SUV too high I needed a vehicle to assure that my mother would be able to access to ride in and be able to exit from. A car was too low and a standard SUV too high. I was able to work with Tony Willis and find a selection of vehicles that met the height requirements I needed. It was an excellent experience and I did not feel pushed in any way. Very considerate and helpful in researching my needs. More
Excellent & Friendly Service I have been scheduling my routine maintenance through Matt Guth & Sheila Sheline (I have also had 1 or 2 other service advisors that were great). I live in the Short North, so there is a reason that I drive to Canal Winchester; I do not mind the drive, and the service advisors are awesome. Great sense of humor, down to earth, very prompt -- organized -- knowledgable. My last visit, 01/04/18, I called in the morning, they were able to schedule me same day waiting room service, and I told Sheila I had an appointment in about an hour or so at Easton. Well... I was at my appointment about 3 minutes early. She had paperwork, keys, oil change, tire rotation, visual brake inspection, routine maintenance all ready to go (and yes I was completely out of wiper fluid... and drove away blasting it onto my windshield)-- pretty amazing! Thank you! More
