I have used the oil change package/bundle for a few times now and i have never had any issues with the service or wait time. Arrived for my scheduled oil change. I was greeted immediately and warmly by Hannah. I had scheduled to wait at the dealership but had a last minute need for the shuttle service. Buyer beware! !! They keep you for hours so you'll sign papers quickly and leave with a vehicle that requires major repairs only to ignore your requests for assista !! You should not have to put new brakes on a $20,000 vehicle before putting 200 miles on it or making the first payment!!! More

Nick at the service department was EXCELLENT! He took care of everything for me, got me a shuttle ride back home, called me with what needed to be done and what it would cost, and even hired an U He took care of everything for me, got me a shuttle ride back home, called me with what needed to be done and what it would cost, and even hired an Uber driver to bring me back to the dealership at the end of the day when the shuttle driver had gone home so I could get my vehicle.
