A Fair Deal-er Normally, I've been disappointed by dealers because they are in the world to make money and the service desk is the place to do it. They'd tell you that you need a whole bunch of things when you really don't. I have not had this experience with Jeff Wyler Canal Winchester whereas I've had this problem with another dealer in Columbus. I needed several repairs and have only cringed to know that I need to bite the bullet and pay out the nose to go to a dealer to get a specific GM repair. But in my two experiences this dealer has taken care of me with a reasonable price and without being pestered to have a whole list of things to fix while I was doing it. Because of this, I recommend this dealer to do your repairs. I believe I've been treated fairly. I will likely return if I need another repair. Our family purchased a Suburban in 2012 and then traded it in for a 2018 recently! Greg and Jennifer helped us locate nearly the exact vehicle we were looking for and at a great price! There was a minor issue with a trim piece shortly after the sale and after contacting Greg he immediately contacted both my wife and I and helped us get on the schedule quickly to have it addressed. Thrilled Wyler is now selling Jeep in Central Ohio as well. We will be back! More
