Our family purchased I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience our family has had working with Greg Scott and Jennifer Thompson!! Our family purchased a Suburban in 2012 and then traded it in for a 2018 recently! Greg and Jennifer helped us locate nearly the exact vehicle we were looking for and at a great price! There was a minor issue with a trim piece shortly after the sale and after contacting Greg he immediately contacted both my wife and I and helped us get on the schedule quickly to have it addressed. Thrilled Wyler is now selling Jeep in Central Ohio as well. We will be back! More
Service Dept Took my car in for a scheduled apt at 9am on Thursday, was told would have an update around noon-1pm. I called the shop at 5pm inquiring on update as Took my car in for a scheduled apt at 9am on Thursday, was told would have an update around noon-1pm. I called the shop at 5pm inquiring on update as I had not heard anything. Was told technician didn't have any notes and I would be called that night/ next morning with an update. Shop closes at 6pm and did not receive a call back. Phoned the shop again at 1pm on Friday afternoon as I thought that was sufficient time to be given an update and had not heard from anyone. Was again told the technician didn't leave any notes and I would be called when there was an update. This was unacceptable. You have now had my vehicle for 28 hours and NO update?? I inquired about a loaner car as I was not anticipating my car being gone this long, was told no. When speaking to adviser Kate G. she gave major attitude and was very unprofessional when I further inquired about the situation. She refused to transfer me to a supervisor that I could speak to at that moment and kept repeating "AS I STATED". I asked her to have a supervisor call me back within 30 minutes or else I needed to go into the shop personally to figure out why my vehicle had not been looked at. She then rudely replied with "bring it on!". This is TERRIBLE customer service and no one should be treated that way. Luckily Rob O. and Neil O. made up for her rude customer service. They quickly figured out what happened with the situation (my car had been forgotten about) and completed the service my vehicle needed. Neil was very professional when I arrived to pick up my vehicle and apologized for the poor customer service I had received. More
I feel they are treating me fairly well. I had a few problems after getting my vehicle and returned to the dealer It is currently getting fixed and they are providing me with a vehicle. Very deceptive business practices Would not honor the price they had listed on the internet for a new vehicle.
