I only have good things to say about my experience with this dealer. The sales guy Tom was super helpful in finding me a vehicle I like and can afford. This is my third purchase from Jeff Wyler Chevrolet of Columbus and through it all John Allred has been my ride or die. However, I will say this: I do not care for the online pricing structure that car dealerships use these days in regards to stacking rebates and advertising a price that includes discounts that not all customers are eligible for (employee, first responder, etc.). I think this needs to change industry wide but I just call John to get the best price and ignore all that clutter online. I am more shopping for the vehicle I want (color, trim, etc.) over pricing. I know they will get me the best possible price if they have what I want. I wish the dealerships would return to actual photos and not the computer generated pictures. I skim right over those. I want to buy a vehicle, not a rendering! More
First off, The salesmen will jump through flaming hoops to get a sale! But service after the sale is lacking. I purchased a 3 oil changes for $138.68 and with that a tire rotation and 27 point inspection c to get a sale! But service after the sale is lacking. I purchased a 3 oil changes for $138.68 and with that a tire rotation and 27 point inspection came with it. I used one oil change with the initial purchase. The tire rotation cost me about $600. The Tech used an impact wrench instead of a torque wrench and the next time I went to remove the left front tire I broke 2 lug studs off. The lugs were apparently overtightened. I brought it back to the dealership and of course they blamed me and refuse to do anything about it unless I paid them (estimate $650-$700) for a new hub assembly on that side. That left a very bad taste in my mouth to say the least. I purchased a set of new hub assemblies on-line for under $100. I had a local mechanic install it for under $400. I went back to get a refund on the remaining 2 oil changes and was told under no uncertain terms could they refund the remaining oil changes. So, Jeff Wyler Chevrolet has horrible service after the sale!!! I would not and do not recommend this dealership to anyone, friend or foe!!! More

Had oil and transmission fluid changed. Did not take long. The gentleman (Nicholas A. I bought a used truck for under $7000. That staff at Wyler Chevrolet treated me like I was buying one of their $40,000 trucks! Excellent customer service and they truly care. She normally works the finance side but worked sales on the Saturday I was there. She was the real go getter to find the truck that I inquired about. Then another great guy gave me ten bucks to put fuel in the truck so I could test drive it. Remember, I was buying a$6,700 truck. They didn’t have to sell me the truck. It could have went to a wholesaler and they could have sold a different truck worth a lot more. I needed a good farm truck and that’s what the used sales department did for me.
