They are friendly enough, when you could reach them, but I only have them work on my car because it's close to my family using my car. Took 3 days to fix a window motor and charged twice what I paid at another Chevy dealership near me for this same badly designed Chevy part. Did not communicate at all about delays. We purchased our new Dodge 1500 Big Horn on March 29, 2021. Our salespersons Matt and Walt were extremely helpful answering our questions and showing us several different models before we chose one. Went to look at dodge rebels. Took little bit of time for someone to come out and talk to us but that’s ok. I don’t like being bombarded by people very first thing. Saw that there were 3 on the lot but somehow only one was left and it was the 2021 diesel turbo which I didn’t want but didn’t bother me either. So after test drive got approved for lease but way more then I wanted christen williams showed me some used one and found what I wanted in Cincinnati. They went and got it for us that night and had it the next morning which was great. Then when we went to sign papers then lowered the price more on the new rebel which was cool as xxxx but went with the used truck. I’m happy with the dealer and salesman very much. Worked hard to get me my truck and to get to my price. Took 6 hrs and 2 days but worth it!! Thanks again More
This dealership needs to be investigated. First they add an upcharge of $899 for pulse brake light system that's actually only a $30 add on. I was told that this was added to the 2014 BMW 750LI that I purch an upcharge of $899 for pulse brake light system that's actually only a $30 add on. I was told that this was added to the 2014 BMW 750LI that I purchased but I found out a few weeks later that it wasn't. You can actually code the pulse braking light into the OBC on the newer BMW's. Not to mention I never saw the pulsing of the 3rd brake light. They claimed to have done a 50 something point inspection, which I later found out to be a lie. Was leaving work one night and got on the expressway to head home, hit the gas to merge and the car went into "Loss power mode". Had to get off expressway and shut car off and wait about 10 mins. Found out the next day that the car needed a tune up really bad. Don't know if you've ever owned a BMW but the tune ups are not cheap at all. $50 per spark plug x's 8, $75-$90 for each ignition coil x's 8 on top of labor cost. This car needed all 8 plugs replaced plus a few coils. I called Wyler and spoke with the used car manager. The first words out of his mouth were, you didn't purchase a service warranty but I'd be willing to have it looked at if you bring it here. I explained to him that I couldn't drive it because of the loss of power. I already knew what was going to happen when he brought up the warranty. I was going to have to foot the bill for them to repair it. Not only did this car need a tune up but the rear shocks are bad as well! I noticed the shift in the rear when hitting a bump when I test drove the car before purchase but I chalked that up to the tires needing a small amount of air in them but it got worse the following week. I probably should've seen all the red flags before purchasing the vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership I noticed that the car was being driven by one of the salesmen. Another red flag was the option of not being able to purchase a warranty due to the financing company not approving it because it was "so expensive", at least that's what the financing lady was telling me, $6k-$10k . Then they tell me that they threw in 2 maintenance services, like they were doing it for free. Joke was on me, as it was also added to the vehicle price. I've purchased many of cars from dealerships over the years and this by far was the slickest dealership I've ever encountered! I guess they saw a sucker coming in the door by the way they were patting the salesman on the back when he closed the deal! I put $4k down and gave a check for $2k to be taken out of my account the following week or so. I'm still holding the $2k until I get results or some answers. I have called several times a week and have yet to have my call returned. Yea I was a sucker walking in but I refuse to be an all day lollipop! I will put this review on every review platform available! $6k down and I still walk out the dealership paying almost the same sales price before deducting the $6k. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! If things change and I get some results I will edit this review and/or update it. More
