Don't do it. I bought a car from Jeff Wyler in 2018. My salesperson was great but when it came time to sign the paperwork, we had to go back and forth as several items were incorrect. I made the mistake of signing up for their tire service contract which I regretted almost instantly but it was totally my fault. But...fast forward to 2021 and my tire has a nail so I think ...great...at least I get something for it! I did not. After taking off work and waiting 2 hrs in the waiting room, The service department could not find it on my account that I had the coverage. The service department guy said I would have to resolve the discrepancy with the sales department. I came home and found my original paperwork only to contact the dealer and they say they don't have it as well. After I insisted, the rep said he would call corporate. He calls and find I do have the coverage but now they can't refund me. They say I have to call and request it from the warranty company. Furthermore, even though they just verified I have the coverage, they cannot add it to my service records. I would need to carry the paperwork around with me at all times. Save yourself! Go somewhere else if you absolutely must have a Chevy. More

I recently (April 2021) purchased my 2019 Chevrolet Equinox LT from Wyler's and when it was time for an oil change I returned for service this past week.
