Not at all happy , went in with what seems to be a common problem with 2013 Camaros , the radio shuts off with an electrical pop . When the radio is off other things don't work , fan , audible turn signal , problem with 2013 Camaros , the radio shuts off with an electrical pop . When the radio is off other things don't work , fan , audible turn signal , door chimes , all alert chimes . I was charged $150 to diagnose the radio and another $150 to diagnose everything else that did not work ONLY when the radio did not work . Diagnosis - everything is controlled by the radio . Not going back for any service ! More

Went to get help with my truck. The guy behind the desk was rude and refused to look at a service bulletin for my truck. Then told me it would be almost $3000.00 to fix it. The bulletin describes exactly w was rude and refused to look at a service bulletin for my truck. Then told me it would be almost $3000.00 to fix it. The bulletin describes exactly what is going on with my truck I tried to explain the to him and he more or less said it doesn’t matter. The bulletin also says it would be 100% covered by GM. More
