Went to get help with my truck. The guy behind the desk was rude and refused to look at a service bulletin for my truck. Then told me it would be almost $3000.00 to fix it. If I didn’t have to give one star I wouldn’t have. Jeff Wyler is the worst company I have ever done business with in my lifetime. Don’t get robbed When I attempted to reach out to higher up multiple people, multiple times, no one returned my calls. I was even talked to in a belittling manner and even treated with racism. I will be contacting the attorney general in my situation and even hiring an attorney. Don’t patronize with this company!!!! I’m sure it’s other dealers that will kindly sell you a car treat you right and honor their warranties. I would never refer anyone here More
Made an appointment three days ahead for 10 am but they didn’t look at it until they end of the day. They finally called at the end of the day to tell me the problem and I okayed to fix the issue, the next didn’t look at it until they end of the day. I didn’t hear anything again until I called the second afternoon to see how it was going and they told me it was ready. When were they going to call me? I think they were disappointed that I didn’t buy they other services they wanted to perform that I didn’t need, so they didn’t make as much money because my car was still under warranty. Trying to upsell is very disappointing to me. More
Was given price quote for vehicle I was interested in over the phone and also texted the price. Have a copy of the car with the listed price on their website. Imagine how surprised I was when I went onto the dealership and they wrote up the sale and it was 5000 more. Questioned the salesman..he told me it was supply and demand..really .you have given me written quotes on the price and have it advertised on the internet for the price you gave me. Will be reporting this dealership for their false advertising. Went to a reputable dealership bought the car for the price they had listed on the internet. !! Imagine. Will let everyone I know who is buying a car to skip this dealership. More
I have the best salesman in Dennis Zacharias. He has gone above and beyond from day one, from making sure I received not one, but two vehicles that were in my price range, to getting service taken care of ( above and beyond from day one, from making sure I received not one, but two vehicles that were in my price range, to getting service taken care of ( on his day off). The whole team is wonderful because I know he couldn't do it alone. My dad was a mechanic and instilled in me to take care of your car, with Jeff Wyler Canal Winchester, I don't see that as a problem I have to worry about. More
Terrible, stay away. They try to add on costs in deals via deception like appearance packages, etc. Service writers are not customer centered. Terrible and rude sales tactics. I understand stocks are low but this location is currently up-charging upwards of 7-10k for their vehicles. I signed a bad deal with this dealership I just think it was very shady for them to even sell a car in that type of condition with that contract but I can only blame myself for thats decision. So far as service is ok but the service department need to get more organize with each and every client.. After today if I didn’t tell the adviser I had 3 free oil changes for certain amount of time I would of been charged if I don’t tell HER to look it up the system. I also would of been charged for something very obvious that was broke which was the wind shield wiper / motor but she still insisted it would be $180 for them to look at it.... this whole thing is just a con for them to make money... I also think the manic/maintenance person messed up oil pan engine in my car and just added it to my bill like it was already messed up. VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED. The other problems of the car I was aware which I am not mad at but the new things I am VERY UPSET. More
