I had given Jeff Wyler a pretty awful review about a week or two ago. Long story short, I had a poor experience with the floor manager and the detail team. After I published the review, both sales directors from Jeff Wyler called and/texted me within a day to try and rectify the situation. And while I am not 100% satisfied, I am impressed by Brandon Byrd's professionalism, transparency, and commitment to continue making positive changes to their dealership's car buying process. Going forward, I would recommend Jeff Wyler, but also be mindful that while upper management is making positive changes, to be sure and continue to do your due diligence when purchasing any vehicle. More
