I had given Jeff Wyler a pretty awful review about a week or two ago. Long story short, I had a poor experience with the floor manager and the detail team. And while I am not 100% satisfied, I am impressed by Brandon Byrd's professionalism, transparency, and commitment to continue making positive changes to their dealership's car buying process. Going forward, I would recommend Jeff Wyler, but also be mindful that while upper management is making positive changes, to be sure and continue to do your due diligence when purchasing any vehicle.
