Jason and the team were awesome with me. They did not treat me like a woman who did not know anything about cars. I had to take my car in for a regular service and they discovered I needed brake pads at 22,000 miles which is not under warranty. I am so blessed to have met Scott and have him help me with my dreams coming true on my new Tahoe! I gave Jeff Wyler 5's across the board b/c I have never dealt with a car dealership that LISTENED to my n with my dreams coming true on my new Tahoe! I gave Jeff Wyler 5's across the board b/c I have never dealt with a car dealership that LISTENED to my needs and wants and stayed in my affordable price range. I literally was going out of town on a Friday and bought the car with financing done and all same day. They knew I had to pick my family up in Tenn and they had everything ready for me to sign and go over in an hour. Prior to me picking my Z71, I did not even know that is what I wanted until Scott sent me a video on the Tahoe for my consideration since I lived in Mt. Washington. He wanted me to be happy and expecting everything he told me about the Tahoe when I got there so that I did not waste my time nor his. We had some challenges with financing but with the Grace of God and Lee in Finance and Scott helping me along we got financed through a Credit Union with a monthly payment barely over my previous monthly payment. I was impressed with the professionalism this dealership treated me and the pride they took in making sure my experience was hassle free. I NEVER felt as if I had pressure on me to buy from them. They are so different from the other dealerships that were right down the street from me in Louisville. There was no hounding, hunting me down nothing. I drove a long way one way to get there and I am sooooo glad I did. If you want a pleasant, professional, CARING and understanding about life experience when buying a car please do yourself a favor and buy here. You will be so glad you read this review and did!!!
