My fiance and I worked with Jason to discuss and agree on a very fair price for the vehicle. Jason was helpful and I knew I could trust him every step of the way! This took me off guard as this is not always the case when looking for a used car. The car needed some very minor dent repairs and a key was missing but the dealer worked this into the purchase as a part of the deal and at no further cost. We worried we might be wasting our time with the drive up and back -- but Superior had the nicest version of the model we have seen/driven, one with lower miles than almost any other we'd seen -- and they turned out to have a very professional, thoughtful and helpful staff. We wound up with more car, with fewer miles than we expected -- all for our target price. And had a comfortable time accomplishing it. We dealt with Jason Johnson on the sales side and Brandon Agee for financing. Jason was great. He was knowledgeable, patient and helpful and we appreciate him very much. As soon as I parked Shannon Ross was at the sidewalk near me ready to help me out. He answered my questions and showed me around a few cars (Audi A4/Acura TLX). Shannon had just started at this location but he was able to help answer all my questions, and if he couldn't get the answer he went out of his way to find it for me. Shortly after deciding that the A4 was the car I was going to purchase the grueling paperwork started.
