Since this was my first time buying a car, I wanted to make sure that I was thorough in my inspection of my future car and that I stayed within my allotted budget. Kool Ken listened as I described my ideal car and he was able to make wonderful recommendations that were in my budget. Never pressuring me, Jorge went above and beyond to make sure that I had all of the information that I needed.. Chad made signing all of the documents a breeze. Thanks to the Fairfield team, I was able to make well-informed financial decisions and even secured a better APR. More

A deal I couldn't refuse The lease on my 2015 TLX Tech was due to expire on 6/1. Given Acura's 3 month "pull forward "program to forgive the last 3 months on a lease if you bu The lease on my 2015 TLX Tech was due to expire on 6/1. Given Acura's 3 month "pull forward "program to forgive the last 3 months on a lease if you buy/lease a new Acura, it was time for me to decide. I really liked my 2015. I knew how everything worked, had all my music, and had, in fact, saved my life. (was t-boned by a car going about 30 mph because he didn't see the red light). After repairing with all new parts, it was actually better than new. I had an approved loan for the turn-in price. My salesman, Steve Swantko, reviewed what the 2018 had to offer vs. the 2015. Actually there were two things I liked (ACC and collision mitigation braking) that I didn't have already. So what do I need to pay for the new items? Steve created a deal taking advantage of carry-forward miles from my last two cars, plus about $6000 in other discounts to end up with a proposal which was: No money down and a lower monthly payment than currently paying. ( less than the loan payment if I had bought the 2015) for a 3 yr. newer car! Only issue left was I like red cars. Scanning dealers within 75 miles showed only black, silver or white TLX. BUT, the dealership had just received 5-6 new cars from the factory, and one was red ( and a brighter red than the 2015). We exchanged keys that morning! The 2018 now has about 500 miles on it and it drives like a dream. This makes about the 10th vehicle I've obtained from Steve/Superior. It's not the first time I had a deal I couldn't refuse. I keep returning because everyone in sales/service/ mgt. have been friendly helpful, and look for ways to help me out in the owner experience. More
Under promise--over deliver I have had 7 cars serviced at Superior. They are always ready for me on arrival, review needs, ask if I need a loaner, then deliver the car sooner tha I have had 7 cars serviced at Superior. The waiting area is comfortable and stocked w/snacks,beverages, reading mat'l, and TV. The Service mgr. greets by first name and was instrumental in getting my last car repaired after a major T-bone crash (the other guy ran a red light). They have gone the extra mile to be sure our vehicles are in top shape with everything current (even replacing battery at no cost before warranty expired). More

Lloyd Doughty is a real professional. I was originally looking for a Honda Accord and Lloyd showed me how a TLX was more car for less money. Then I saw the RLX and had to have it. Both Jorge and Kool Ken were great to work with and made sure I felt good and understood the deal. Kool Ken kept me laughing all day and when I asked if I could have my old plates, he ran outside with a drill and took them off for me (even though it was cold and snowing!) This dealership is gay friendly and employs many POC which is a gem to find in ANY industry. In summation, "Kool Ken" is actually cool and I would strike a deal with Jorge again. Cannot recommend this dealership enough! More

This can be an intimidating process but the entire Superior Acura team made me feel very comfortable and walked me through the entire process. Kool Ken has excellent customer service - he was very informative and friendly. Dennis Smith was also a pleasure to work with and helped us through the deal. When we had just finished the deal, it was almost time for the dealership to close but Kool Ken went over every detail of the car and did not make us feel rushed at all. Very happy with my new car and would recommend this dealership, and Kool Ken, to anyone. More
