My teenage son loved meeting him as well. Kool Ken, with the help of his boss Jorge (Thank you Jorge) worked with us and saved us a trip to Columbus where we were eyeing another MDX. Awesome work gentlemen! Both of my Acura vehicles will now be serviced full time at Superior. Leah from service helped with that as well as she made sure I was satisfied with the work on our vehicles. Kool Ken, we will be back when we need our next car! 👍 More

No fuss;No Muss...Readiness I have leased/purchased 10 vehicles from Steve. His key is solid communication with our family's needs and concerns. When it's time for a new deal, he's always ready with the full set of appropriate data, and we can close in a very short time period (1-2 hrs.). He goes the extra mile in demonstrating new technology, getting the car set up for immediate use, and particularly good at finding personal goods in the turned in vehicle. Has brought a car in from Dayton to satisfy a color desire. Sold us a used Honda Civic for my son in a time pressure situation at a very fair price. He will always answer any questions about the deal, the data, and the real financials. Consider him a friend of the family. Didn't pressure my wife to get a new RDX because he knows why she wanted to buy the one she has at lease end. No hassle. More
No customer care When shopping for a car, we found one we loved but the battery had to be jumped to test drive. We dealt with sales agent Randy and another agent, Jorg When shopping for a car, we found one we loved but the battery had to be jumped to test drive. We dealt with sales agent Randy and another agent, Jorge, that they said they would take care of the battery upon purchase. We asked for them to replace the better and they agreed. 40days later the battery died and had it tested to find out they had left a bad battery in our car. Then, sent us to another dealership with the presumption we were under warranty and didn’t have to pay for a replacement battery. Come to find out WE WERE NOT and had to pay over $300 for a “special” battery in our car. Randy refused to accept responsibility that they agreed to replace the battery. More
