Excellent Salesman Konrad I recently leased a 2019 Acura TLX, and absolutely love it! I highly recommend Konrad Nicholson, because he went out of his way to allow me to test d I recently leased a 2019 Acura TLX, and absolutely love it! I highly recommend Konrad Nicholson, because he went out of his way to allow me to test drive a car the first night I came in, then followed up multiple times via email with additional information on the car I was interested in, and offered to answer any questions I had. He also called me to get additional information to make it a smoother process the next time I came in and did the next steps. He text me when my car had arrived from another dealership, and sent me pictures of it in the showroom and also the different shades of tints. I liked how he was available to me almost 24/7. It's not often you have an experience like this at a car dealership. He was very personable, honest, and funny. The only thing negative I have to say is that the manager Lenny walked past me several times, on both occasions and never acknowledged me, not even a simple hello. I felt that was rude, and if it had not been for Konrad being such a great person to work with, I would have spent my money at another dealership. Thank you, Konrad!!! More
