I bought my car from Jordan Clift. I actually got to this location in error, as the car I was interested in was at another one of their locations. Jordan was really friendly and helpful. I was concerned that I might have to start over with a new sales person, but Jordan was able to handle the sale back at the Mitsubishi lot. He handled everything and I was able to complete the negotiations and drive the HHR home that night. Great service Jordan! More

Amber did a great job! We arrived near closing time on Friday and she helped us anyway to get set-up with pre-approval for our financing. I purchased a new vehicle in april. I washed the vehicle I purchased a new vehicle in april. I washed the vehicle for the first time on menorial day and noticed that there were some problems with paint. T I purchased a new vehicle in april. There were overious places where bird dropings had been left too long on the paint, it had lots of scratches and chips in the fenders and doors. I have already made four trips to the dealership and still are no farther with getting the problem resolved. Twice they have sent the vechile back home with me with a promise to call me in a couple of days to discuss what they will do. They never call. I end up calling them. I am getting upset with dealing with these people. I will call them again tomorrow because they have not called me as they said. Thanks for taking this complaint Ralph Parsons More

The salesman was excellent I would buy from him again however it seemed like no one would do the final paper work for him to sell the vehicle to us we were there 4 hours .My credit is very good so I know however it seemed like no one would do the final paper work for him to sell the vehicle to us we were there 4 hours .My credit is very good so I know that wasn't the reason.
