After spending the day going to several different dealerships looking for a car for myself, I was feeling defeated. Then we came to Jeff Schmitt in Fairborn, OH. We were approached by salesman Charli dealerships looking for a car for myself, I was feeling defeated. Then we came to Jeff Schmitt in Fairborn, OH. We were approached by salesman Charlie Stevens with a friendly smile and handshake. I told him what I was looking for and he went right into showing me cars that were in my specifications. At no point did he (Charlie) ever try to show me a car that was not within my budget or desires. I never felt pressured or as if I was getting the "sales pitch of the day". He made the paper work process very easy and understandable. And after a short time I left that evening with my new Kia Forte (exactly what I wanted), a great payment that was well within my budget that I was planning, and the secure feeling in knowing that if I had any questions or concerns that I had good people to go back and talk to. We are a military family and have moved around quite a lot and have heard many horror stories of the car buying process, but with Charlie Stevens and Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi, there is nothing to be afraid of!
