I stopped by to see what Jeff Schmitt had to offer that would fit in my budget. I was met by Jordan Clift. He showed me a car but he saw I was not very happy with it . It was a good experience with a good deal. They were up front and did try to shade prices. He offered us refreshments because of the process being timely. However, they tried to cover every area. After spending the day going to several different dealerships looking for a car for myself, I was feeling defeated. Then we came to Jeff Schmitt in Fairborn, OH. We were approached by salesman Charli dealerships looking for a car for myself, I was feeling defeated. Then we came to Jeff Schmitt in Fairborn, OH. We were approached by salesman Charlie Stevens with a friendly smile and handshake. I told him what I was looking for and he went right into showing me cars that were in my specifications. At no point did he (Charlie) ever try to show me a car that was not within my budget or desires. I never felt pressured or as if I was getting the "sales pitch of the day". He made the paper work process very easy and understandable. And after a short time I left that evening with my new Kia Forte (exactly what I wanted), a great payment that was well within my budget that I was planning, and the secure feeling in knowing that if I had any questions or concerns that I had good people to go back and talk to. We are a military family and have moved around quite a lot and have heard many horror stories of the car buying process, but with Charlie Stevens and Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi, there is nothing to be afraid of! So after going in to trade in my old car, we worked some numbers and apparently Brett got confused on what i was trying to tell him so in the end the price was way more than what I wanted to spend. He called me the next day, and I told him if you can't make it this price then I don't want it, sure enough he ended up getting me what I wanted. The kicker is that when he handed me the keys, I asked him where the second set was and he said oh, let me go find it. There was not a second set, he said this should be no problem and that if I come back tuesday the key guy will make one for me. I called the next monday asking if brett had set me up yet for tuesday, and he said no but we can do that. It has been about 3 weeks and I have yet to hear back from them, also my blinker light has gone out not even owning the car one month. I dont think they are a bad dealership, just make sure you check everything before you buy your car so you don't get hosed like i did. More
