The next day I received a call, from Rachael, and set up an appointment to check the car out Saturday morning. The salesperson I had that morning was Beth Klein. She was awesome. She took the time to show me every little feature on the car (there were a lot.) She didn't make me feel like it was an inconvenience, like at other dealerships I've been to. When I decided to buy it, they found me a GREAT rate. The APR was far better than I thought it would be. The warranty and maintenance plans were a nice bonus, too. In a couple months, my wife will be ready to upgrade her car. This will definitely be our first stop. More

I needed this car a "Kia Soul" and I made not only a long term business relationship but some new friends. I'm so thankful to them and the understanding and respect I received I will never forget it. Misleading I found a car I liked on Autotrader. Used chat window to ensure listed price did not include any rebates, was advised rebates would be an additional I found a car I liked on Autotrader. Used chat window to ensure listed price did not include any rebates, was advised rebates would be an additional deduction to price shown. To double check, called dealer directly and was ONCE AGAIN told the price DID NOT include rebates, car was listed for $27,655.00. After getting to dealer (50 minutes away) and test driving car, was told the list price was $31,000.00. They also tried to add on a service package for $1,999.00 and "Options" for nearly $1,800. When I asked what options were, I was told they were "floor mats and stuff like that". I asked if that should've already been in the list price and they said "oh ya," and removed that cost. But they were still near $35,000 on a listed price of $27,665. I asked why so far off, and they said the advertised price was only if you qualified for ALL rebates, which I was assured (2x) was not the case. I would never go back to this place. Even if they gave me the advertised price at this point. Double check your invoice, and don't fall for their scams. No idea how they're so highly rated on here. Only good part was the salesman was a nice guy, but the place is a rip off. More

I love the car used Mustang I purchased. I understand what customer service should be as I spent many years as a service manager in the truck/auto business. Horrible Manager! I just bought a used car from this dealership. If I did not really like the car or my salesperson I would have gone elsewhere! They did not offer me I just bought a used car from this dealership. If I did not really like the car or my salesperson I would have gone elsewhere! They did not offer me anything and everything I asked for I did not get! I asked if the car had 2 keys and they told me they lost the packet that went with the car so they did not know. The manager told me on Saturday he would find it and have an answer for me by Monday morning. Monday morning comes around and I ask about the second key and the manager told me he didn't know that he would have to find the packet...wait a minute you told me on Saturday you would find it before Monday and now you are telling me you don't know anything about it??? We tried for a couple of days to sign the papers but there was an issue with the title, come to find out the manager inputted something incorrectly. When we finally make the appointment to sign the papers the manager tries to charge me an extra $1,000! WHAT?!?! We finally get that straight and go in to sign the papers and the manager does not know what he is doing and has to have someone come and help him! That person introduces himself and tells us it will take him five minutes to get the paperwork together and within ten minutes we should be done...an hour and a half later we finally leave! The manager told me he would put some gas in the car to help offset the cost of me having to come in so many times. He comes out and tells me that it is all gassed up and ready to go! We get in the vehicle and start it up to see that it only has a quarter tank of gas...I don't know about you but in my opinion that is not, "All gassed up and ready to go". I have never had such horrible service in buying a car. Again, if I didn't really love this car or like my salesperson I would have gone somewhere else. Great Salespeople but a horrible manager who does not know what he is doing! More
