I had been searching for a replacement vehicle for a long time when my search landed me into the Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi show room floor. I met with an amazing gentleman named Rob Terrill who walked me through many different price points to first find the price that best suited my monthly payment budget I had alotted. He went to another dealership location to find the vehicle that best suited my needs as there was nothing on the lot that was catching my eye and it was a perfect match! He actively listened to my goals and worked rigorously to make sure I left with nothing but the best customer experience possible! He made sure to be swift and precise as I had a four year old son who was becoming more and more impatient and even offered to purchase a snack and beverage for my son out of his own pocket long before he ever knew he had a guaranteed sale in house. I will continue to reccommend him to anyone I come across that is searching for a new/used vehicle. We came in looking for a car. We had what we were looking for in mind but figured it might be out of our price range.
