I would like to start off my review by saying that our sales person, Aaron Right, was newer and still has a lot to learn. He was friendly and helpful, but seemed to get slightly irritated with us when the sales person, Aaron Right, was newer and still has a lot to learn. He was friendly and helpful, but seemed to get slightly irritated with us when the "dealing" wasn't going the way that he wanted. Aaron was not mean or disrespectful at all, he just seemed a little frustrated at times. One other thing that Aaron needs to refine is his terminology. He kept referring to things being "xxxxxxxx". We still bought a car from him, but to some people using that word would be a deal breaker. On the other side, Aaron gave my son money out of his own pocket for my son to buy a soda out of the vending machine. It is not that I do not like Aaron. I truly think he is a diamond in the rough and will grow with experience. As I have already stated, we still bought a car from this dealer, and it seems to be a very nice car. Jack, the finance manager, was also very kind and helpful. It was obvious that Jack was very organized and knew what he was doing. If you need a used car, I would suggest looking to see what you find at this dealership. More

Traded for a used SUV. Generally happy with my vehicle, except the service engine soon light came on after only 5 days of owning it. After some convincing, they agreed to pay for half of the repair, leavin except the service engine soon light came on after only 5 days of owning it. Dealing with Gabe was fine, although it became clear he didn't really have the power to sweeten my deal. Overall, I give them a neutral rating. I expected some hassle, and I got what I expected.
