Great experience I was really nervous to buy a car. I have never been to a dealership. The entire team was very nice and helpful in every way possible. They are very knowledgeable in what they do and I couldn't be more impressed. I'm not sure how other dealerships compare, but I will say that the team at Jeff Schmidt Mazda are top at what they do. Jeff Dixon was an absolute scam artist Called me with an offer and stated he could "get me out of my lease early." Sounds great, right? I explained I lived 60 miles away and I wasn't willin Called me with an offer and stated he could "get me out of my lease early." Sounds great, right? I explained I lived 60 miles away and I wasn't willing to spend more than my current monthly payment but I'd be willing to see what 2017 Mazda6's he had left on the lot and I would consider if I liked one. He stated it was no problem and as long as my vehicle was in good condition (which it is, and he admitted it was kept in great condition), we could keep the monthly payments the same of very close to what my current monthly payment is. So I leave work early one afternoon, drive north 60 miles - come to find out he only wanted me there so he could try and bully me into the sale in-person and raise my payment by $60 a month for a car with an MSRP of $1,000 less than my current Mazda6 upon purchasing! I just went through leasing a new vehicle (through Hyundai) this previous month for my fiance, so I'm well versed in negotiating the pricing/payments of leasing vehicles in this price range. He insisted I was crazy about my expectations even after I showed him my current lease deal from Jeff Schmidt in 2015 and explaining the deal I just got on a Hyundai the month before. Did not budge one penny on the price of a car that I know for a fact they had wiggle room on. Waste of my time. Will not lease my next vehicle from this dealership solely based on this experience alone. More

I went to this dealer looking for prices of a few parts for my 2007 Miata. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! This dealership is the most horrible dealership I've been to ever!! Just avoid it and take my word for it. I warned you right here. They Emailed me the quote of the car I wanted and said there were no rebates on the Email. This changed when I went to the dealership myself. Jennifer Lower promised me on the phone and in Email that the price advertised for online was the correct price and gave me a breakdown of payment on the phone as well as in Email. Chris Cordray, however, said that there are rebates on the car and I had to pay 1500$ more than what is advertised without the special rebate, which didn't apply to me. Blatant lies! I even showed him the Email and he said that it was done by mistake and that Jennifer gave me the wrong info because she works at a different facility. I wasted my time and gas driving there, don't waste yours. Good luck on your search, avoid this dealership and thank me later. More
