Service person was great! Service person, Vivian, was very professional and courteous. I told her that our son's Mazda 3 possibly had a stripped drain plug. (Valvoline wouldn't change oil fearing that it might not screw back in) Great news was that it was just a little loose. This was my first visit to Schmitt Mazda (new in town from Texas). Took less than 1/2 hour with appointment and appreciated the vacuuming of carpets. Will be back when in the market for new or used Mazdas. More

Great Service Experience I was greeted right away by the friendly service writer. She very efficiently wrote up work order and showed me a written estimated cost.
