Jennifer Leifheit was my salesperson. The moment Jennifer introduced herself I was confident that she would do her best. She was friendly, knowledgable, and very willing to answer questions in detail. We talked as if we had been friends for a long time. I am not a people person but I found it very easy to like Jennifer. If I recommend people to your dealership I will tell them to see Jennifer. Also Larry was very helpful with going over the paperwork and explaining everything I was signing. He also made sure that I was aware of items that they offer that I would never have thought about. He also was easy to get to know and talk to. Jeff Schmitt has always had great people. I have a trust in them and I dont worry when I leave. I haven't driven for almost 11 years. When I lost my Mother and driver, I knew I had to learn to drive again and get another car. I had a good idea what I wanted and set myself a budget. I searched the computer for cars I would like and prices. Jeff Schmitt came up and my friend took me to look at the car on line. I met Nathan Hem who was a new sales consultant. I truely thought this would be a bad experience not having a male counterpart with me to "do the talking" and dealing with a new consultant. Much to my surprise, Nathan was so comfortable to work with and knew alot about what I needed to know. If he wasn't sure, he didn't "give me a line", he went to get the answer. He made sure all my concerns were addressed and did not pressure me to buy the vehicle I thought I wanted. He offered me alternatives to meet my budget and particular needs should the car I drove not quite work out. I went to other dealers afterwards,just to make sure I was purchasing the correct car and quickly wound up back where I started, with Nathan. Although I had a slightly better offer at another dealership, I liked the relationship I had with Nathan at Jeff Scmitt better. I recontacted Nathan, we rangled a couple more details and the car was mine! When I went to the dealership to finalize the details, I got even more than I expected with the warranty, the free "ding" repair, free new car keys if I lost mine,the free every 4th oil change, etc. Todd, the gentleman that worked with me on finance and getting the paperwork done was also great. He also gave me options and went into great detail on the services Jeff Schmitt offered. So, all in all, I got the perfect car I wanted, for the perfect price within my budget and had a great experience with the individuals who worked hard to get me what I wanted. In this world of horrible "car salesmen and dealership" stories, I expected to have an uphill battle for some time but it wasn't the case at all. We found our CX-7 online at the dealer's website. I called the dealership and spoke with Rick. He had the car cleaned and ready to go when we got there. We have always been a Ford and Chevy family. I had previously taked to Jesse and he gave me his business card. We thought we would give him a chance and see what he had to offer. The whole process went very fast and smooth, thanks to Jesse working with us. I have since been back for my first oil change and the service department was great as well. Jesse's customer service, friendiness, and knowledge of the car far exceeded our expectations. I have since had to call Jesse and ask a couple of questions and can always see his fiendly smile over the phone. I love my Madza 6 and will always buy my cars from Jesse. We purchased a 2007 Jeep Compass from the Jeff Schmitt Nissan location in Alpha. We met Jesse Tenney as we were driving through the Jeff Schmitt Mazda lot (across the street)late one evening. Even though he was there well past their closing time, he was happy to stop and answer a question for us (and then gave us his business card). We called him back a couple days later after we had researched cars on jeffdeals.com. He met with us at 3 different lots (Nissan, Mazda, and one of the Fairbord locations) because we wanted to test drive some other cars. In the end, we settled on the very first car we found on the Nissan lot. Jesse was awesome to deal with! He was very professional, friendly and patient. We did not feel pressured at all. He stayed with us until 11pm last night while we waited to sign the sale papers. All of the people we talked with were very very nice. Jamie Tolle even ordered pizza for us and the other folks that were waiting. Todd(our finance manager)was very plesant to deal with as well. It was a very nice experience much to my suprise. Even though were were buying a relatively inexpensive car, the experience made us feel like we were just as valued as someone spending a lot more money. We purchased a Cadillac xxx a couple years ago from Jeff Schmitt and had a good experience then too. We really like the jeffdeals.com site. Its nice to be able to search the whole inventory (regardless of location). We like the easy access to the CarFax reports and the other helpful information that is provided for each and every car. We will definitely contact Jesse again when we are in the market for our next car/truck. More
