Dave was a Class-A salesperson. He is warm, friendly and understanding. Aaron made the "signing" process more tolerable. We showed up and were seriously just looking for a vehicle. We planned on spending the entire day doing comparisons and not expecting to buy anything that day. We met up with Ashley Hatfield. She listened to what we had to say and found us a vehicle that we really like. We were very honest with Ashley about just shopping for a car. As conversation went on she found out where we wanted our payment to be and she worked to get us very close to where we needed to be. We were there for about four hours and ended up buying a Mazda 3. Ashley was a great listener, attentive to us and treated us as if she knew us personally. During the time we spent with her at the dealership my wife and I got to know Ashley. We shared information with each other about our families, looked at pictures and joked around. By the time we left there that day we had gained not only a great salesperson, but a new friend. She treated us like family. We have recommended Ashley and your dealership to many of our friends. On Saturday afternoon I found the car I have been looking for on the internet. My wife and I traveled to Miamisburg Ohio to Jeff Schmitt Auto to look at the Cadillac only to find out that the vehicle was act for on the internet. My wife and I traveled to Miamisburg Ohio to Jeff Schmitt Auto to look at the Cadillac only to find out that the vehicle was actually at the Beavercreek location. Chris Thomas was our salesman and he found the location of the car and offered to meet us at that location the next day. The application was completed and we went home for the evening. The following afternoon we met Chris at the Beavercreek dealership and within an hour we were driving away with our new car.
