I found Jeff Schmitt Mazda while on Autotrader.com and was attracted by their really competitive pricing. On somewhat of a whim, I drove the 100 miles/2 hours to a different state just to look at my new c was attracted by their really competitive pricing. Upon arrival, Jesse Tenney was very courteous and welcoming and definitely out me more at ease with the usually stressful experience of purchasing a new car. Jesse insisted upon a 15 mile test drive on winding back roads so I could really get a feel for the way my car handled and performed, which I loved. Upon deciding to buy my car, the "haggling" was pretty pain-free; initially, we were at odds on trade in value, the price of my new car, etc. and Jesse worked hard to get me where I wanted to be financially. I never felt pressured to leave with a car that day, and I am really happy with the deal I got! Everyone in the dealership was super nice, and I was pretty difficult to deal with - my first brand new car, right out of college, big-boy purchase was really freaking me out, and everyone helped to put me at ease. I got to drive home my gorgeous 2012 Mazda3 S Touring that night and have been in love ever since! The follow-up after the sale has been great too, and everything from a paperwork standpoint has been pretty kink-free! I would definitely recommend Jeff Schmitt Mazda, and most specifically Jesse Tenney. He was really professional, very knowledgeable, and was still approachable and personable. Great experience! More

This was the first new car for my wife. David was excellent! This was my first time finiacing a car, every other vehicle I have purchased as been paid in cash from a private seller.
