My wife and I were out window shopping for a new Cx-5, when a friend had recommended, looking at Jeff Schmitt. I was a little hesitant at first as, I had not had the best experience with a different car when a friend had recommended, looking at Jeff Schmitt. I was a little hesitant at first as, I had not had the best experience with a different car dealership, owned by the same company. Not only did he recommend me to this dealership, but he also told me to talk an individual by the name of Jesse. My friend usually has good advice, so why not give it a shot. When we arrived at the dealership the first person to come and greet me and my family was indeed Jesse. We told him that we would like to take a look at the new Cx-5, but not looking to buy right now and would probably be a couple of months because, we needed to sell our other vehicle first. He had no problems with it and showed us each of the different models. He asked us what we were looking for in the car and we told him what features we wanted. He showed us what model would fit our request best. I was somewhat shocked because normally dealerships try to show you there top tier model, and then, show you what you will be missing out on if you go with one that lower end. Upon leaving the dealership we advised him that we would be back once we are ready to buy. He didn't try to hound us for any information like most dealerships do, as an email address or phone number, but I did give him my email address just in case there were any deals or incentives that came up. Almost three months go by and there is not one email from this dealership trying to sell me something I don't want, that's pretty impressive. So then we get to the point where we have sold our other vehicle and head back to the dealership. Again we ask for Jesse and inform him that were not ready to buy yet, but we would like to see what kind of offer we can expect for our trade in. Next he goes and plugs the data in, tells us what our trade in is worth, upon hearing the offer didn’t makes us to happy. He then tells us he'll have is manager take a look at the car, to see if will be appraised for a higher amount. Now because we had just popped in Jesse was a little busy with his other scheduled appointments. This was not a problem as he would constantly check on us, and also had asked someone to help assist us. Well little did I know that the manager would be assisting us in our car buying process, I don't think I have ever met the manager of any car dealership. So he comes and talks with us and offers a higher amount for our trade in, these number were much more pleasing. Then we let him know that if he is able to 'crunch the numbers' we might be interested in purchasing. Once again, there was no pressure to, if we would be buying today, or to pulling a credit report first. He then came back with an offer, and we informed him that we would like to discuss it privately first. He left us to our business and came back a little bit later. Furthermore we let the manger know that we were not looking to put a whole lot of money down and would possibly be interested purchasing today. A little while later he comes back to us and offers a very good deal, we decide to go for it. Now to add to this, the car dealership had been closed all ready before we started any of the number crunching. I had even asked Jay the manger, "what time do you close" and he said "When the last customer is taken care of." Wow talk about customer service! When it came down to signing the papers Jesse went over everything in detail, as to what warranty had covered what specific component. In addition I asked for a brochure of everything on the car and he delivered. I even asked for brochures of the minor things, and unfortunately did not have them, so he went and found them for me. Upon leaving the dealership both Jesse and the Jay walk us out to car and ask if we had any other questions and if we were happy with our purchase. We let them both know that we were in fact very happy. So bottom line this by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Being active duty in the military, I have dealt with several dealerships in my life. From the courteous salesmen and friendly staff, to the manager who is more personal with his customers this dealership makes you feel like your family. I highly recommend those who are looking for a new or used vehicle, to make sure that Jeff Schmitt is one of the there first stops. Thank you again to Jay and Jesse you guys have made my car buying experience a great one! More

Because of my schedule, it was difficult for me to make time to but the car. However, Jeff and Travis were able to sell us the car in under three hours. When an issue with the paperwork was discovered Tr time to but the car. However, Jeff and Travis were able to sell us the car in under three hours. When an issue with the paperwork was discovered Travis was able to correct it in a few minutes. Even though my wife was not available to sign the paperwork, they let me take it to her for her signature - that was much appreciated. It was nice that Travis explained to me that showing warranty options was a state law - I did not know that. When I was there to pick up my new car, I had a problem with a tire on my old car. Steve Owsley was able to take care of the problem even though he had a full garage - that was impressive! When I went to leave, my car was blocked in by a customer. A lot person, I didn't get her name, found the customer and had them move their car. Overall a pleasant experience. Thanks More
From my initial phone call to Jay, to looking through the inventory with Chaise, to completing the financial paperwork with Travis, this experience of purchasing a car was by far the most enjoyable I have ev inventory with Chaise, to completing the financial paperwork with Travis, this experience of purchasing a car was by far the most enjoyable I have ever had. The entire team was friendly, informative, and helpful with all aspects. There was no pushy or sleezy sales tatics and clearly no hiden agendas. I am happy to recommend this dealership to my friends and family and after this experience, I will not buy, or work with another dealership in this area. Thank you Thank you Thank you. More

The entire process of purchasing a new car was so much fun. Me and my wife went to buy a new car and ended up spending six hours doing so. However I know that if it was at any other dealership it would of taken longer and not been nearly as much fun. She is just picky ha. But seriously, go here and you will not be let down. More

We were greeted by a team of friendly and caring faces which changed our lives over a three week period. (Bob Shepherd, Reggie Jackson, Dave Potts, Jay Schmitt, Steve Owsley and Travis ? We were interested in trading in a car that we purchased the previous year through this same dealership and few of these same group of people. We ended up purchasing a Saturn (2008), keep in mind it is (2011). Due to our bad credit history, we had what we called, "A come to Jesus meeting" with Mr. Reggie Jackson. Reggie informed us at that time that we needed to purchased the smaller more affordable vehicle in order to start re-establishing our credit history. I hated this idea! You try squeezing a husband and son both well over 6'ft.5", two teenage girls 5'10" and me 5'9" into a little four/five seater Saturn Vue. Little did I know that Reggie had a great point. We argued back and forth, but after 5 to 6 hours my husband and Reggie convinced me this was the only way I would be leaving with a car that was new to me. We bought the Saturn. Followed Reggie's advice and kept up with the payments for a total of 16 months, paid some of the bills on our credit report down, and or made payment arrangements with our creditors. (All suggested by Reggie). Here we are 16 months later trading in our Saturn Vue and walking out of the Jeff Schmitt Mazda dealership with a brand new 2012 Mazda Cx9! We cannot tell you how much time and effort this team of individuals have worked to make this deal happen. As you may know even with increasing our credit scores there are still banks that are very skeptical about loaning anyone with our payment history money. Jay and his finance crew worked diligently to find a bank that was willing to trust us with their money. Just when all hope was lost we got the call that we had waited for, for 3 weeks. "Hello, LaShann and James. This is Jay at Jeff Schmitt Auto Group". My heart begin to pound very fast. My husband was in the process of bracing himself for the, "I'm sorry we just could not make the deal happen, better luck next time". Instead were we told, "You are the proud owners of a brand new Mazda CX9 2012!" I could not believe it. I even thought Jay was pranking us! My husband had tears in his eyes. We never expected this team of (friends) to work sooooo... hard for us. Mr. Schmitt, you have an awesome team of people working for you at your Mazda dealership and we just wanted to let you know that, we will continue to buy our cars from your dealership because not only are we proud owners of Mazda CX9, WE consider your team our FAMILY! My wife and I had the misfortune on a recent trip through Ohio to hit a wild turkey which shattered our windshield. This happened on a Sunday morning. We got as far as the Mazda dealership in Beavercreek, O Ohio to hit a wild turkey which shattered our windshield. This happened on a Sunday morning. We got as far as the Mazda dealership in Beavercreek, Ohio. When we pulled in we were met by sales rep, David Temple, who assessed our damage and immediately got on the phone to try to locate someone to make the windshield repair. When no one was available for service on a Sunday he transferred our luggage to his personal vehicle and drove us to a motel and got us situated for the night. The next day he came to pick us up at the hotel at checkout time, brought us to the dealership and checked in on us frequently until the repairmen arrived and we could be on our way. David knew we were not potential customers but he treated us with courtesy and concern for our situation. Thanks,David! More
Purchasing my New car from Jeff Schmitt Mazda was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I was taken back by how friendly Jesse Tenney was. After the engine went bad in my car I was in serious need of a used car. Jeff Nicholas was very helpful and friendly and was able to get us in the car at the price we wanted.
