We had a very positive experience buying a used car at this dealership. Reggie was very good to work with. We felt like we got a very good price on the vehicle. At Jeff Schmitt Mazda, I test drove the CX-5 and CX-9. Of all the sales reps I interacted with, I fel like Jeff Nicholas was the most knowledgeable concerning the vehicles and treated me as if I were a valued family member. I didn't feel like just another sale. I was so impressed by Jeff's efforts that when I finally made the decision to choose the Mazda CX-5 and returned to the dealership, I waited for him to conclude his interactions with another customer. Jeff understands what you want and listens to your requirements and then does his absolute best to meet them. He even helped me program the technology package before I left the lot so I was ready to go as soon as I started driving.
