Wanted to trade in our traverse for a used vehicle so we could lower our monthly payments. Pat was very friendly, did his job well, however when came to talk money they didn't seem to want to give us fair trade value. I was interested in leasing a new Traverse, Price was the main concern. Josh was able to recommend one that best fit our needs and fell within a special lease offer. Visited Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet South on May 5, 2012. The dealership was extremely busy but that did not impact the entire process of buying a new car for me. August greeted us with a friendly smile and went out of his way to show me a number of different vehicles in every color and trim level that I was interested in and offer a very relaxed test drive which made the decision to buy the vehicle easy. Once we had negotiated a deal the rest of the financing and delivery process went very quickly. The total time in the dealership was very quick considering that we accomplished the whole process in just a couple of hours. We love our new Equinox and the Jeff Schmitt South team! More
