Because of a change in paperwork I had to return to the dealership after I'd purchased my car but because of the inconvenience, they refilled my gas tank and added an oil change to my service package. My birthday happened to fall the week after the sale and salesperson who helped me called to wish me happy birthday. Never would I have expected such a thoughtful and kind gesture from a salesperson, especially after I'd already made my purchase. I was treated with respect, and when I told him my situation he was very attentive and his disposition did not sway. I was treated as if I had awesome credit (and I know that's not the case). However, with his managers assistance they work diligently on the figures so that I could own the car I wanted with all the options, unlike others with the stripped out models they tried to push on me. After we agreed on figures I met one of the buisness managers Mike Fields who help me get the best coverage for my situation and ensure my payments will get paid if I get hurt or my husband looses his job.
