I had no plans of buying a new car. I was enjoying not having a car payment. I was on my way out of town and after a 45 minute stop at Auto Zone to find out they didn't know what they were doing I decided having a car payment. I was on my way out of town and after a 45 minute stop at Auto Zone to find out they didn't know what they were doing I decided to stop in at Jeff Schmidt Chevrolet to see if they could put in a new fuse for me so I could use my GPS. Casey was very helpful, put in a new fuse and got me on the road. But not before he could talk to me about my 2006 and the miles, what a good trade in. So when I got back into town I made an appt to come in and test drive a Cruze, later that night I drove my new car home. My only complaint is I spent over 4 hours of my evening there, that is after working a 8 hour day. It was a very long day and then I couldn't enjoy my new car, I drove it home so I could grab dinner and get ready for work the next day. My other complaint is I gave the amount of payment I could afford but I walked out with a payment that is 100.00 over my minimum payment. I could have spoken up but everything moved so fast I guess I didn't have time to think about it. This is going to put a damper in my wallet. Other than that I had a wonderful buying experience, everyone was so nice and helpful. I am happy with my purchase. More

Wow!!!!! Is all I can say. I just bought a 2011 Chevy HHR from Chevy South. I must say that because of my experience I will be a customer for life. Joe Freeman my sales man was unbelievable. He went out of his way made some phone calls and got me a great interest rate and was so helpful in explaining all the details. Before leaving the car lot I noticed some marks that needed touched up and Joe set up an appointment for the following week to have them all taken care of. Just another example of them going out of the way all the way to the end. I love my HHR and look forward to doing business with Jeff Schmitt Chevy South in the future.
