My family has recently expanded to 3 kids so we were in desperate need for a larger vehicle. Just so happened that our two older boy’s soccer and baseball practice is in the general vicinity of your deale desperate need for a larger vehicle. Knowing full and well that it was after hours… Immediately as we drove up my family was very kindly greated by August DeSaro. Even though it was after hours August offered to show us the vehicle that we were interested in. My wife, at this point was due to deliver our third son within the week so we told him that we would be back after the baby was born. After we left that evening we received multiple phone calls from August as he was checking on the well being of my family and our newest addition. Approximately one week after baby Gracyn was born we set up an appointment to go over the numbers and see if we could make a deal. Unfortunately we were unable to get into the vehicle that we wanted through a leasing option but it wasn’t over there… August remained committed to finding the right vehicle for us and maintained correspondence through email and phone calls. Because of the relationship that we had thus far with August, my family and I felt like we couldn’t possibly buy a car anywhere else. Through countless hours of searching the internet to find a used vehicle I found one at Jeff Schmitt. So, I called August, set up an appointment and we were able to make a deal and we went home that evening with a beautiful 2011 Traverse. I ended up falling in love with the Traverse and ended up purchasing one myself! The salesmen were very helpful and knowledgeable and even though they did not have the exact model I wanted, they went the extra "mile" to find me the vehicle I did want. The loan application was easy, they offered me a fair price for my trade-in,I got the loan rate and the lender I wanted and they had the vehicle prepped and ready to go the day I signed my paperwork. I had gone to other dealers looking to trade my car in for another car and every dealer blew me off not even trying to help because I had some negative equity on my current vehi looking to trade my car in for another car and every dealer blew me off not even trying to help because I had some negative equity on my current vehicle..Then I met George (sales pro) at my place of employment...got to talking and I explained my situation to him and he was the only person that said "I'm sure we can do something for you" that felt good that he didnt just blow me off like the other dealers. It took a few days to get everything in order but George, Jim and Mike worked so hard and did what they had to do to get me in something great with a reasonable cost and out of my negative equity!
