I found an Impala online and stopped in the dealership to take a look. The car had been sold earlier in the day but Aaron took my information and said he would let me know if anything came in. Two days later he contacted me about another Impala that was at another Jeff Schmitt dealer. That one didn't work out but I went back to the Fairborn dealership to see what else he had. He was absolutely wonderful!! He was prepared and knew exactly what I was looking for. I don't have the best credit but ended up with a 2012 Impala that I love. He spent a lot of time with me making sure I got the car I wanted at a price I could afford with the financing I needed. The car was motortrend certified, so why do I need to purchase extended warranty. The charged us for 5 years of extended warranty without our knowledge of it untill we went home after being at dealership for 5 hours and looked at paperwork. After purchasing vehicle good luck on getting ahold of anyone if you problems. We had to drive 30 minutes each way on 3 different occossions to get paperwork corrected. More
