I came in on a 3:15 appt. one thing I felt weird was I approached a sales person and they brushed me of to someone else. My husband was looking for a new vehicle and Shaun contacted with some info on cars and asked if he could keep in contact with him. We went to the dealership on black Friday and Shaun was there. He showed us a Summit White Equinox that we fell in love with. He got the keys and told us to get in the car - he had the heater going so we would stay warm while talking about the car. Showed us all the details told us we could call him any time with questions. Since it was late in the day we decided to close the deal the following day. Shaun was there bright and early and ready to go, he had all the paper work ready to go to Angela and she finished the deal. They were both very attentive to us and made feel comfortable and at home.
