not responsive In the past, service has been great. A few days ago I had a mirror replaced and asked fo a 10k service oil change etc. When I got my vehicle, I notic In the past, service has been great. A few days ago I had a mirror replaced and asked fo a 10k service oil change etc. When I got my vehicle, I noticed that the r minder they usually place on the windshield was missing and wonders if the service had been completed. Also, the invoice made no mention of it. So far, a have called three times, emailed and nothing. Very disappointed. More

I was kept informed about my car and what was needing to be serviced at this visit by a very knowledgeable intake Eva Merkel. Offered shuttle services by Will. I chose to wait and JHT has a clean waiting area with plenty of seating options and a TV. When checking out Louisa at the window was welcoming and my Eva was also there to answer any additional questions if I had any. I received excellent service and quality work in a welcoming knowleadgeable environment. More

She is experienced and very knowledgeable when it comes to understanding the problems with Toyota vehicles. She knows her product! And, you couldn't ask for a better Service Manager than Wes. So glad these two are back with Jeff Hunter Toyota. Service had gone to the refuse pile and I was going to trade my Van in on a Buick but thankfully Wes and Eva were brought back!
