Great, as usuall I brought our 2015 Sienna in for oil/filter change + tire rotation. As usual, it was done quickly while I waited and enjoyed the donuts and coffee yo I brought our 2015 Sienna in for oil/filter change + tire rotation. As usual, it was done quickly while I waited and enjoyed the donuts and coffee you so kindly provide in the comfortable waiting room with a great TV. We have been with Jeff Hunter and the previous Toyota dealership that he bought out for almost 40 years. No one else is allowed to touch our cars but Jeff Hunter service people, unless you don't provide the service I need (which is almost never). We love dealing with Caroline Cortez in service. She always answers all of our questions & gets our vehicles serviced quickly. All the vehicles we have purchased from Jeff Hunter have lasted us 100,00 miles plus & 10-13 years without any problems due to lack of vehicle quality or work done by the service department. Over the many years we have been with this dealership, we are proud to call many of the employees, past and present, our friends. Even Will who drives the customer service van is a delight to ride with; he is fun to talk to and makes a sometimes long delivery or pick up circuit pass quickly. We have also had the pleasure of dealing with Bart & Cody when we purchased our Sienna. They are great people to show someone a new car---no pressure--which we, like most people, love. They always make it a point to come over and say hello when they see me in the waiting room. You don't see that much anymore, but it's those little things that make you want to come back to a dealership or any business because you really appreciate us. We may not be able to drive in 20+ years. We hope Jeff Hunter has the self-driving Toyotas by then. If so, we’ll be the first in line to get one. More
Service Visit I would've given them 5 stars but I was a little irritated the Service Advisor did not take a little extra time to verify my Truck was still under Toy I would've given them 5 stars but I was a little irritated the Service Advisor did not take a little extra time to verify my Truck was still under ToyotaCare. When I arrived to pick up my Truck I was presented with $100+ bill, when it should have been free. The Cashier did a great job getting it handled but it was unnecessary time spent wait for it to be resolved. Kudos to the Cashier, she saved the day! More

We keep our vehicles an average of ten years; Thanks to the excellent service department our vehicles are kept in excellent running condition. Many of them had well over 100,000 miles on them. No one else services our vehicles except Jeff Hunter. Ms. Cortez in the service department always makes sure that we are up to date on what services need to be performed on our vehicles. We’ve recently bought a new Sienna from them and we love it. You can’t go wrong with Jeff Hunter Toyota. More

Best Seevice Ever I had a complicated problem with the after-market lift that Toyota of Plano had put on my vehicle before I bought it, lied about it being covered by T I had a complicated problem with the after-market lift that Toyota of Plano had put on my vehicle before I bought it, lied about it being covered by Toyota, then refused to service. The lift was “creaking”... The service supervisor (Mike) in the service depends at Toyota Waco took extra time to listen to my unique problem, and corrected the misinformation regarding warranty coverage in a friendly and non confrontational manner, he accepted my car into his department like a member of the family. Within 2 hours, he called me personally with the findings, solutions, and price for the fix. I picked up my car and was amazed that the creaking that I’d been hearing for the 2 months since buying the vehicle was completely gone. I hope as relieved beyond description. To my surprise, Mike called me again that evening to make sure everyone was fixed to my satisfaction. I’ve never been treated with such kindness and respect (that I didn’t deserve). I’m also impressed with the diagnostic capabilities of the technician at Toyota of Waco. The solution could not be found at Toyota of Plano,, and yet the technician at Waco Toyota figured out the problem and fixed it in under 2 hours! Amazing!! I was so frustrated with the creaking from my suspension. Toyota of Plano ASSURED me that it was covered by Toyota. I’d been trying to get Toyota of Plano to fix the problem for several weeks. I made the 2 hour drive to their dealership to have it fixed, only to once again get the “runaround”. Mike and the technician at Waco Toyota are superior in every way to ANYONE at Toyota of Plano. They should be rewarded for their customer service, friendly demeanor, and most of all their exceptional knowledge!! I could not be more pleased. I will never go anywhere but Jeff Hunter Toyota! More
