Service Dept is Inconsistent but General Mgr is Helpful Last week when I had my 10,000 mile service I was told that I needed to replace my air filters. I do that myself, so I declined, and the CSR told me t Last week when I had my 10,000 mile service I was told that I needed to replace my air filters. I do that myself, so I declined, and the CSR told me they would blow them out for me. I went home and replaced the cabin air filter, which had clearly NOT been "blown out." I accessed the engine filter, and it was like new because I had replaced it very recently. Last 10,000 mile service a different CSR told me that the filters were very dirty and that they needed to charge me $50 to take out the AC blower motor to clean it because when they remove(d?) the filter the leaves and other trash would fall into the blower. My Camry has ALWAYS been serviced at the dealership (over 160,000 miles). This is the FIRST time they have ever told me this. The only way to know that the cabin air filter is dirty is to remove it... but when I got home and replaced the filter myself, there was still a bunch of leaves and debris in the filter, so EITHER they DIDN'T remove the filter to check it or they intentionally replaced it in my car with a bunch of leaves and debris still sitting on the filter. So either this CSR lied to me, or the service tech put debris back into my car. Neither option makes me happy. More

Vehicle Service/Safety Inspection I was greeted quickly and pleasantly by the Service Advisor, Eva. She asked what my needs were and I told her oil change, multipoint inspection and s I was greeted quickly and pleasantly by the Service Advisor, Eva. She asked what my needs were and I told her oil change, multipoint inspection and safety inspection. She quickly got my vehicle in line. When complete she explained the work on my truck and updated any future needs. I appreciate her attention to detail. More

Fast and efficient. It took about 30 minutes to get my car serviced. I thought the oil needed changing but I only needed to have my tires rotated. I was not told I needed something done to my car that I didn't which is good to have a dealership who will be honest and not try and sell you something you don't need. More
