Service work generally starts from a low er expectation. When all was finished, it felt more like I had a concierge than a service representative. The employee that handled my visit from beginning to end (Eva ?) kept me always informed of the status of the work and offered other repair options for my consideration. She contacted me to schedule the work, the receipt of parts, the progress of the repairs and, of course, the finish of repairs. Since I have not been in the market for a vehicle, I have never formed any impressions of the dealership. That is changed. This has been a stress-free experience for me. Thank you to all the people working for me in the service department and especially, thank you to Eva. More
Easy to make Appointment online for Warranty service I had previously serviced this vehicle at Toyota Grapevine for its initial six month checkup. I enjoyed their theater style popcorn machine and latte I had previously serviced this vehicle at Toyota Grapevine for its initial six month checkup. I enjoyed their theater style popcorn machine and latte coffee machine as well as the comfortable waiting area. They also do a complimentary car wash after service is completed, so they vacuum and clean the windows. At Jeff Hunter, customers get coffee and water, none of the other things. OK, here's the trade off, I was in and out of Jeff Hunter in 45 minutes, with a dirty car and my nose wanting some popcorn as I left. I'll go back because of the fast service and forgo the 2.5 hour wait I had at the other dealership. I purchased this vehicle in Grapevine, a dealership I've bought two vehicles from. I was unable to negotiate better deal with Jeff Hunter, but after this experience with their service department. I will go there to service my new Toyota. More
