Warranty honored My 2016 Prius had an electrical problem. I was given an appointment that day and 4 hours later the bad sensor for radar operation was replaced. Trade in for a new car My car was in service for 2 days. Still no clue on what was wrong with it. It was a 2009 Scion XD. I had it for 10 years from new. They took my car as a trade in for a brand new 2019 RAV4. Such an easy process. Even worked with my less than perfect credit to get me in a new, running car. More

Regular checkup Eva Merkle was awesome!! She explained in detail what items were needed for my car and explained about a rat infestation discovered under the hood. S Eva Merkle was awesome!! She explained in detail what items were needed for my car and explained about a rat infestation discovered under the hood. She took time to show me where it had been located and how to look for signs of future problems, including how to locate and check the filter and told me to close the in cabin air flow overnight. I had this problem last year and none of these things were mentioned to me. I really appreciate her extra effort. More
