Saved me from having to force buy a chevrolet. Signed contract on a Chevrolet car, gave them my title but did not take possession of car nor did I drive it. Came into Jeff Hunter in tears, I did n Signed contract on a Chevrolet car, gave them my title but did not take possession of car nor did I drive it. Came into Jeff Hunter in tears, I did not want that car, changed my mind overnight, but wanted another Prius. Went to Jeff Hunter in tears. Jeff from the used car area was coming through the building and he saw how upset I was. He practically took me by the hand and helped me through that horrible ordeal. He told me I was not responsible even though I had signed a contract because I never drover the car or even saw it. I bought a Prius that day and got a very good deal on it. I am so happy for his concern and extra attention he gave me. I was called by the Chevrolet dealership the very next day and was told to come and get my old car title. The day ended very well for me thanks to Jim and his friends being so nice to me. This happened in 2013. I still love my Prius, it is the second one I've had. More

PLEASANT EXPERIENCE A great car buying experience. The salesman was very nice and courteous and explained all the workings about the car to my 82 yr mother. No easy feat!
