Got what I wanted done Wanted oil changed, tires rotated. Was told other things needed to be done since my truck was almost 60,000. I was told it would take a hour for the 6 Wanted oil changed, tires rotated. Was told other things needed to be done since my truck was almost 60,000. I was told it would take a hour for the 60,000 mile changes. So after 2 hours for everything, I was on my way. I have no complaints on the time everything took. No complaints on anything. More

Very Bad Experience I took my Highlander in for service on a Tuesday morning. They said it would be 1 1/2 hours. After 3 hours, I went to the desk and asked if she coul I took my Highlander in for service on a Tuesday morning. They said it would be 1 1/2 hours. After 3 hours, I went to the desk and asked if she could check, that I really just wanted my car back. They had found a slow leak in one of the tires and were supposed to fix that also. She got on the phone, hung up, and coldly said they were going to check and call her back. A moment later, a lady came in, put the ticket in front of me and rudely said we need $20.00 for the tire. I handed her a $20.00 bill and she walked off. No one ever said thank you or I'm sorry you had to wait so long. There was an older gentleman walking around picking up trash and cleaning, and he was the only one that was nice to us and concerned about us being there so long. We will never go back, and we suggest you find another dealer for service. The right thing for them to do would have been to waive the $20.00, apologize, and thank us for using them. Never happened! They acted like it was our fault it took so long. More
