Deceiving practices We agreed on a price for a 2018 4 Runner. During the finance process I noticed they added the incentive price to the top line and when I asked the fin We agreed on a price for a 2018 4 Runner. During the finance process I noticed they added the incentive price to the top line and when I asked the finance manager. He said oh but we took it off at the bottom. We argued that we were not getting the incentive money if that's their practice. They treated me like I was the one confused. Of course, I did not get the incentive money. Also told me options on the vehicle that were not there when we picked it up (locking wheel lugs). When asked they said they were wrong so I asked if they could make it right by giving them to me. Their response was "throwing in/giving away" was not a term they used so again no compromise on their part. I feel they are very deceptive in their practices and overall a dishonest dealership. Of course the General Manager and Owner are never available when I call and have yet to contact me after I left messages request to talk with them. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! More

Sales Agent texted me with info on vehicle I liked, found me the color, at price I wanted to stay in. I came to see the RAV4 and drove out with it after a little payment negotiation. Traveled over an hour to get to this dealer Do it!!! Once I got there the whole process was about three hours. I always had a Corolla or other sedan. I'm driving this RAV4 like I always have had it.
