I made an appointment for an oil change at 7:00 am and didn’t get out til 9:00am. It was so slow. What is the reason for making an appointment when you don’t get to get out and taken back first. Had made contact with Brad before year end, finally had a chance to test drive a RAV4 and Venza. Decided on the Venza, and after a quick trip to finance, drove away with my brand new SUV. He was patient with me while I decided between the two SUVs, explained all the features and made sure that my phone was paired and all my questions were answered before I left the lot.
