I went in for a service appointment on my 2021 Mazda 3 and was pleasantly presented with the opportunity to do a Trade In and upgrade to a 2025 CX-30. I just got back from your dealership where I was told that the oil change and tire rotation I scheduled for today was made for yesterday. It took me 15 minutes to get ahold of a person so that there were that the oil change and tire rotation I scheduled for today was made for yesterday. It took me 15 minutes to get ahold of a person so that there were no mistakes because of a computer error. I saw the company sent a confirmation email, but I didn't think to check it because I was very specific and I thought they were confirming my wishes. I have already had problems in the past, telling me that water on a headlight would not allow me to renew my license, (not true) and that such repairs were not covered by my bumper to bumper warranty(they wanted 1000 dollars to drain the water). I could tell the young man was used to complaints because he just stared into space when I complained. I have always gone to the dealer and now I can't. Shame on you! More
My recent experience at Jeff Haas Mazda's service department was nothing short of a nightmare. Here's why: I was left to languish in their waiting room for a whopping FOUR HOURS for what should ha department was nothing short of a nightmare. Here's why: I was left to languish in their waiting room for a whopping FOUR HOURS for what should have been a routine oil change and cabin air filter replacement. It's clear that Jeff Haas Mazda has zero respect for its customers' time. I came in at 1PM and left just after 5PM, which meant competing with the afternoon rush-hour traffic. They eventually comped the service and apologized for the wait, but time is money and I would have gladly paid for a reasonable amount of time. If you cherish your time, steer clear of Jeff Haas Mazda's service department. Their combination of ineptitude and lack of communication is an insult to their customers. More
Have been dealing with Carlos Guzman for 10 years. Bought 2 Mazdas from Jeff Haas in 2012. Carlos has always handled my service needs and alerted me when any issue needed to be addressed. Had an accident this week and he steered back to Best Collision. Helped me out on a few things to be aware of…I can run thinking or ideas past him and get good advise that I trust! Just appreciate him so much…he looks after me and you just don’t seem to get that personal touch nowadays. You do at Jeff Haas Mazda-especially with Carlos Guzman.
