It is easy to say good things during the new car "honeymoon" period. I am here now to give this dealer ship and especially its service department the highest marks in Support and Service. Kudos to Cynthia, Keith and their support. My Mazda is still a marvelous ride to now, the 92K mile mark, and even though this past week, what would have been the gravest of problems, this Service department has kept me on the road and exceeded my expectations at every turn. Know that a car can be purchased anywhere, but if you want excellent vehicle value, support, and service give Jeff Haas the opportunity to serve you and meet your needs. More

Worst experience twice now The Worst experience, Its my fault 12 years ago I had the same issue with this place. Back then My wife and I new what we wanted, when we arrived it all went wrong. Manager upped the price and insisted he never agreed to our price. said we probably couldn't afford the car and wasted our time. while on the lot, we called Joe Meyers told them our situation. They accepted our offer we went right over. Purchased the same car for the price we wanted. Here we are again, gave them another shot and guess what? They wont work on price they told us. They also told lies about the car, headlights had dirt inside them and were yellow, smelled funny, water marks in the spare tire area, check engine light was, "apparently because the battery had to be jump started, said it had no accidents but I could see where they did a crappy job painting the rear bumper. Be careful with this place. Might have a big name on the sign but not trustworthy. oh when I pointed all the issues out I was told, "well that's because our Shop hasn't fixed it yet" yea ok keep you clean car fax that car was flooded bro and in an accident. More
