I went to other dealers (2 Nissan and one other Mazda)and had unpleasent experiences. I spent nearly 3 hours on each one of them including test drive and explaining exactly what I need, but in return hearing had unpleasent experiences. I spent nearly 3 hours on each one of them including test drive and explaining exactly what I need, but in return hearing only what they want to sell to me and leaving the dealers not only unsatsified but also angry and frustrated that they wasted my 3 hrs. Then I went to Jeff Hass Mazda on I-10 and I told to the sales person exactly which vehicle I want with what options and the price range, he asked few questions left to discuss with his boss and came back, we agreed and shook hands in less then 30 minutes. Two hours later we left the dealer driving our new car , all paperwork was done , service department visited etc. It was not only the sales person but all their staff was very professional, friendly and efficient. The follow up given to us by him was also good as well as the overall buying experience when we got the car yesterday (which is in very good condition, clean, full gas tank, etc) I'd definitely recommend this dealer and the Salesman. Also on the rest of the people there, the woman resopnsible for Service was also very good, she gave us a very complete explanation on critical points to look after and on the booking of the first oil change (had never seen this before in any car dealer, but it is plus) More

Raine was great to work with. He listened to what I was looking for, showed compatible vehicles on the lot, offered good deals on his inventory, and patiently waited for me to shop around and make a decisi looking for, showed compatible vehicles on the lot, offered good deals on his inventory, and patiently waited for me to shop around and make a decision. There really wasn't much haggling, as Rainie fought hard to get an even lower price on the car. After the purchase, Rainie still continued to work with me to "fine tune" the purchase with outfitting the vehicles with accessories, and fixing a chip in the windshield. Absolutely NO Buyer's Remorse! Thanks Rainie, and Jay Haas. I'll be seeing you for another Mazda in about 250K! More
