Long story short . . .I live in Wisconsin my daughter recently moved to Houston (young adult/college student) I had hoped that the vehicle we shipped down with her would last another year or 2 & NO it di recently moved to Houston (young adult/college student) I had hoped that the vehicle we shipped down with her would last another year or 2 & NO it didn't. So as many consumers like myself I was already feeling stressed over the car buying experience and NOW I had to do it long distance from WI to TX. I naturally ran to the computer searching dealers in her area. Narrowed it down to a few . . .made my 1st phone call and YIKES-YES a horrible experience. Frustrated I picked the phone up and dialed to the Jeff Haas Mazda . . .out of nowhere the most calming, pleasant, professional salesperson I'd ever had the pleasure of dealing with quickly eased my stress of this long distance site unseen car buying experience. This fabulous salesperson is Rainie Coleman. I can not begin to say enough fabulous things about him (never knew of him & not a friend/relative) Rainie listened to my worries, concerns, about the car buying experience and in selecting the right vehicle for my daughter. He quickly tuned into what I was looking for and without the typical salesperson disposition led me through the process like a professional who truly cared; something I've never had the honor of having in all my years of purchasing vehicles. From the sales with Rainie it was on to the finance (oh boy yet another area in the car business one fears) BUT not at all as Rainie provided the service of Kortney in his Finance Dept. Once again, I am overwhelmed with the professional, courteous, caring dispositions of these folks. Kortney walked thru every detail & even secured a better rate of interest! His knowledge of add'l coverage made sense like no other finance person has ever explained to me. Jeff Hass dealership in Houston is certainly doing something unique/different in the industry of car selling . . .not sure what it is but should be blessed to have Rainie & Kortney as staff members who excel the Jeff Hass brand. Great professionals in an industry that the public can't always appreciate and I felt compelled to write this review (never have written a review before) but Jeff Hass dealership, Rainie Coleman (Sales), Kortney (Finance) must all be acknowledged for a fabulous car buying experience like no other. Houston you are very fortunate to have this dealership in your area & should definitely include them in your next vehicle purchase! Take reviews for what they are worth BUT I'm writing this today with my heart on my sleeve & could not of asked for any better car buying experience! My daughter loves her NEW MAZDA3 too! More
I went to Jeff Haas Mazda to get my oil changed on my 2009 Mazda 6 which is in great condition I was walking around the service bay when I bumped into Rainie Coleman. He was giving a vehicle demonstration of the 2014 Mazda 6, explained the vehicle exchange program that Jeff Haas is offering this month. Trust me I didn't want to trade my vehicle in but after the rebates that were offered, and getting top dollar for my vehicle it was a no brainier. If you haven't seen the 2014 Mazda 6 you're missing out the whole process was great everything Rainie promised he delivered! No pressure, and no running back in forth to the manager he did a awesome job along with the rest of the staff I will definitely come back to see Rainie when my daughter starts driving next summer. I was shopping online came across Jeff Haas Mazda. Asked a few questions online before i decided to go visit. Chatting online with Lance Lavigne was asked some questions on type of vehicle i was looking for a few questions online before i decided to go visit. After chatting briefly and telling Lance i do not want to waste time coming down to dealership because my credit is not good at this time but do you think i have a chance and he said to come on down to see what we can do because time is money and time he has but money he do not lol. Well long story short Lance said if he was not in to asked for Nick and he ended up calling me because i said i was coming in after work but that did not work out for me. I talked to Nick more on my concerns about coming down to dealership for hours just to be turned down. Boy i tell you after talking to them both i could not wait to come in and be driving off the lot with a car. Guess what i came in the dealership about 10:00 am was finish with closing the deal with my 2010 used mazda by 12:30 noon time. Yes it was all Good @ Jeff Haas 3/29/13.This was the shortest time i have ever purchase a car. Everyone was nice and professional in which i love. I also notice some minor issues with my car like the dorm light not working and one of my fog light was broken. So call back to Lance because sometimes you do not notice the simple things are damage but guess what Lance was like i will take care of it. This what great salesmen do take care of their costumers right. So now i,m waiting for the part to come in this week. Great!
