I was in the market for a new car due to a recent accident I was in. The deals were so amazing I called right away and spoke with Mohamad. I told him my predicament and explained what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help me find something that I was comfortable with. I went into the dealership that same day and met with him. My whole looking and buying process was great at Jeff Haas Mazda. I went to a few other dealerships and had horrible service so when I went to Jeff Haas I was already in a bad mood. I had looked online at Jeff Haas website before I drove in and found a car I was interested in. I was contacted via chat while on the website from Brant Dixon. He had told me to come on in a few days later and he would help me out. Two days later I showed up at the dealership without an appointment on a Saturday. I walked in, asked for Brant. Brant was currently helping another customer but he quickly had another sales man help me. That was Nick Acevedo. Nick had the car I was interested in and ready in less than % minutes. He was awesome for the test drive. When we returned, Brant was still with his former customer so Nick helped me with all my questions. I left the dealership in love with the car but wanted to sleep on my decision. On Tuesday I called in and asked for Brant. I had to have the car. Brant was awesome with answering all my questions and helping me through the entire buying process. After the purchase he sent me a couple emails thanking me for my purchase. He made me feel like I actually mattered as a customer. I seriously love Jeff Haas Mazda. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a new or used car. Noth Brant and Nick were great in the buying process. Brant Dixon is a great salesman!! More

We have worked with Allan Hempel for over ten years on two different Mazda cars we have owned. Allan is absolutely great to work with. He always accomodates our requests with a smile, handshake and the two different Mazda cars we have owned. Allan is absolutely great to work with. He always accomodates our requests with a smile, handshake and the words "thank you". Allan is very clear and accurate in describing the work he thinks should be done and why. Allan is also very clear re: the price for such services and that is always the price charged. There has never been a mistake or unpleasnt surprise. Allan is also always very helpful in answering our questions. Our 2009 CX7 now has 80,000 miles and there are no problems with it. It will run a lot longer thanks to Allan. Also, Allan has never recommended that unnecessary work be done. If you like working with honest, knowledgeable and friendly people, please give Allan a call. If not, good luck?!? More

I had a nail in my tire, it was going flat. Carlos sent out a tech with an air compressor to refill the tire so I could drive it to the dealership for service. That saved me a tow bill.
