This was by far the best car buying experience that my husband and I have had. George was excellent!! My husband was rear-ended, so all of a sudden he needed to buy a new car. We went in one evening and met George. George was not pushy at all. He was extremely helpful, and understanding that we were not there to buy a car that night. Just to look. We called him a few days later and came back in knowing exactly what we wanted. He had the cars ready to look at, and paperwork started. In just a couple of hours we were out the door in a brand new Mazda. Beautiful car!! It was so quick, and everyone we dealt with was awesome!!! We will keep buying cars from this dealership, especially with George as a salesman!!! Thank you George!!! More
Walked-in to test drive a couple of new Mazdas eventually set my eyes on a new 2014 Mazda6. I could've purchased the car elsewhere but I didn't because Jeff Haas Mazda has a great reputation and they strive to keep that up. Having Ray as our salesman really sealed the deal for us. Ray took care of us throughout the process like family. I was very happy and satisfied with the purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Ray to my family and friends. More

My 13 year old Mazda died and I had to get a new car fast! Charles Silmon and Nate Hoffman did an excellent job getting my a car that I wanted, and it was no easy task! They both searched exhaustively for 3 days to try to find the model and color that I wanted. They were so patient with Miss Picky here and in the end, they got me a CX-5 that I really love! I was a nervous wreck but they made me feel comfortable and never got impatient no matter how many times I called or how many questions I asked. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team in the Jeff Haas sales department. Amy, Carla, Danyel, and Kourtney helped me through all the financing, adding features, and learning how to use all the bells and whistles that are on the car. Todd is the kind of person others would be smart to pattern after. Mr. Troublefield always gets my car in for servicing as soon as possible, and most of the time, the day I call him. Todd listens attentively to the problems you are having with your vehicle and gives advice followed up by an appointment time and date. If Todd cannot answer when you call him he always returns your call as soon as possible when you leave a message. My experience is within a very short time after the call comes in. Todd is kind and treats me not as if I am a 64 year old female but as a person who has purchased a mazda and wants to keep their car in great condition. I tell others about him all the time and I am happy to let them know that he is someone who they can trust and who will help them keep their vehicle in tip top shape. Todd s always well groomed and meets you with a friendly smile. Your rating does not fit this service advisor, 5 is not high enough for Todd, he is certainally a 10 or higher.
