A remarkable find I'm new to Mazda and have a 2013 Speed3. Very impressed with the two service reps I have dealt with Cynthia Ramirez and Carlos Guzman. In both visits I'm new to Mazda and have a 2013 Speed3. Very impressed with the two service reps I have dealt with Cynthia Ramirez and Carlos Guzman. In both visits I was treated well and kept informed about service progress. 100% satisfied, plus they have a pleasant waiting area with WiFi and coffee, so I can work while waiting. Great service! Allan Hempel did a great job for my car. My one and only recommendation would be to make your services page more intuitive. For instance, I booked the appointment to be at 7:00 AM and I included the type of service to be done; state inspection. There was no mention of the actual time of the state inspection which could only be performed after 8:00 AM as that's when the techs arrive. More clarity on the types of services corresponding to the times they can be performed would help greatly. More

Market Value Prcing If you have intentions of negotiating the price of the car, don't do it here. The salesman was very nice and helpful, but this dealership has a sense If you have intentions of negotiating the price of the car, don't do it here. The salesman was very nice and helpful, but this dealership has a sense of arrogance. They could care less if they sell the car to you because they know (think) that they will sell it to the next person anyways. The price listed is a take it or leave it price. If you do negotiate the price of the vehicle, the manager will show you a list of similar vehicles in the area and explain to you that the price of the car is in line with the market. Completely takes leverage away from the buyer and gives it all to the dealership. And if you question it, they just shrug their shoulders and say, "oh well, we will sell this car anyways". This dealership is in the business of just selling cars, not creating long lasting relationships with the buyers. More
