My Dad has worked with Todd Troublefield in the service department and won't go to anyone else. I brought my Mazda in this past weekend, however, and had an outstanding experience with Cynthia Ramirez. She was professional, friendly, and most importantly--she communicated with me throughout the service process, which ended up being longer and more complex than originally anticipated. For instance, I booked the appointment to be at 7:00 AM and I included the type of service to be done; state inspection. There was no mention of the actual time of the state inspection which could only be performed after 8:00 AM as that's when the techs arrive. More clarity on the types of services corresponding to the times they can be performed would help greatly. More
